It doesn’t matter what position you need to place the sheet — horizontal, vertical, or circular — Polyfusion has all the power to perform the task effectively. Everything is easy, thanks to the reliability of the CNC welding system, where the operator automatically programs the work cycle, eliminating the risk of error. For those who enjoy the tactile experience, compact models for sheets up to 2 meters are available, allowing the operator to manage the welding manually.

The Alfa Line includes high-productivity, easy-to-use machines equipped with hydraulic clamps. Extremely versatile, they work in metric or inch systems to produce special fittings (bends, branches, tees, crosses) in PE and PP from Ø90 mm to 1600 mm or from 4″ IPS to 63″ IPS. Welding quality is guaranteed even on thick pipes or those subjected to high pressure thanks to an attachable upper cylinder.

Benchtop or portable socket fusion welders, suitable for even small spaces and compliant with DVS 2208 and ASTM standards. They offer high quality, versatility and ease of use thanks to self-centering steel clamps, a wide range of sockets and perfect alignment between pipe and fitting.
